How long should I wait to take the second mandatory credit counseling course? Should we just do it now? or wait a couple weeks..our 341 was only last Monday...Thanks

The Cert is supposed to be filed within 45 days of your 341. Some Courts are sticklers and dismiss cases when the post BK Cert isn't filed on time. Others will allow you to file the Cert any time, as long as you get it done before your Discharge date.
We did our Debtor Ed class the next day after our 341 and our Certs were filed within 3-4 days of our 341.
Some other people go ahead and do the Debtor Ed class right after filing.
