Hello folks, thanks for all of your great help. On my bankruptcy questionnaire i had to list approximately what I think I would have in my bank accounts on the day of my filing. My lawyer already filed my papers and i have my 341 meeting in a few days. I realized that i had about $400 more then i specified on my schedules. Should I report this to the trustee if he asks me at my 341 meeting if I need to adjust anything or just let it ride? Thanks for all of your help.

Ask your lawyer - he/she can tell you if the $400 is important or not.Originally posted by inhocknow View PostIf he asks about changes in general should i mention it or only if he specifically asks about the balances?
If the $400 would be protected by your exemptions anyway, it's not worth mentioning unless specifically asked. But follow whatever advice your lawyer gives you.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
