Change schedules at 341 meeting?

Hello folks, thanks for all of your great help. On my bankruptcy questionnaire i had to list approximately what I think I would have in my bank accounts on the day of my filing. My lawyer already filed my papers and i have my 341 meeting in a few days. I realized that i had about $400 more then i specified on my schedules. Should I report this to the trustee if he asks me at my 341 meeting if I need to adjust anything or just let it ride? Thanks for all of your help.

Only mention it if the Trustee asks. After all, you will have to give your trustee a copy of your bank statement that covers that time anyway.

If he asks about changes in general should i mention it or only if he specifically asks about the balances?

Ask your lawyer - he/she can tell you if the $400 is important or not.

If the $400 would be protected by your exemptions anyway, it's not worth mentioning unless specifically asked. But follow whatever advice your lawyer gives you.
