I'm in Idaho and filing a no asset Ch 7 pro se. I'm having a hard time with the online PDF bankruptcy forms from the state website. I can't get them to print cleanly and look professional. Also, the forms seem to be set up for married debtors. For example, on the property schedules the forms require me to choose husband, wife, joint, or community and give no option to leave this space blank or type N/A. I know Idaho is a community property state, but this shouldn't affect a single debtor, right? The forms are located here:
Is there anywhere else to access forms, either online or locally (besides the court, which is 200 miles away)?
