just had 341 meeting today

well folks, the 341 was quick breeze.
trustee just asked simple questions.
he only had 2 detail questions and I had all the informations for him. and trustee lawyer ask about biz and 1 investment to private company.

its open hearing like small claims court. its factory there, people after people seeking BK.... I was seating to the folks before me and 2 couple it only took 5 mins. and one lady, which i think she got her screw up because she could not remember if she took a check or cash withdrawl of $13K..

FYI: just have good answers to where the monies went.

341 meeting is before closing.
I heard 5 cases before me and learn and listen to questions that was asked by trustees.

recommendation: get there early and sit in on the cases that are ahead you to get feel of the questions. If you have all your stuff filled out properly, 341 meeting will cake like others before me.

personally, nothing to panic.
also, on creditors show up for me and 90% of other cases, other than 1 person who had business and 2 creditor lawyers had questions.

just remember that trustee lawyer, had simple 2 questions to me.

trustee will ask about any large amt.. example $3K w/d, ask why you took the money out and what was it for???etc

he asked 2 people before me about their w/d before filing bk.
