    Discharge and closure letters

I just completed a move, and in unpacking and reorganizing my files I have been able to find my discharge letter, but not my case closure letter. Will the courts send you another copy of these items if need be? Thanks again

If you filed within the last 10 years or so, you may be able to access it yourself on PACER.

Personally, I'd try that first. If your case file is there, you can print out most everything that was filed.

If your case isn't available on PACER, call the Clerk of the Court's Office where you filed. See if they will send you a duplicate copy.

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.
