I am moving to IL from IN on tomorrow and need to file BK soon. I was wondering what the best way to file is if the disctrict I need to file in is 200 miles away. I will be filing pro se as it is a no asset case. Begining June 1, Indiana is going to e-filing, but says the pro se filers will still file papers. Does anyone know if this means pro se filers do not have the option of e-filing.
