Do requests for more information before your 341 show on pacer?

Hello folks, thanks for all of your great and fantastic help. If a trustee requests information to be brought with you at your 341 meeting, would this info appear in Pacer? Thanks for all of your great help.

No, your attorney will advise you what to bring to the 341 and if your pro se then you need to search our forum for 341 meeting and see what most trustee's ask for at the meetings.

Unless there is something specific that the Trustee wants to see he will not contact you before the 341...

There was nothing on PACER for mine, but we got a letter from the trustee requesting 2 years taxes, three months bank statements, copies of titles or registrations for vehicles, and the ast 2 pay periods of pay stubs. There was also a form to fill in thatasked about tax refunds and if we expect to be a party of a lawsuit, and if our parents are alive, and if we expect to inherit anything soon. It seemed standard, like a form letter. We're old law, since we converted, but I think they ask this of most people.

Yes, it was before the 341 meeting. The letter appeared to be a form letter of sorts, though, and it was not on PACER.
