Hello folks, thanks for all of your help. It appears that from the day of my 341 meeting to the last day for objections is about 65 days. Isn't it supposed to be 60 days? Thanks for all of your help.

I'm guessing you had your 341 just recently??!!
If that's the case, I can venture a guess as to why the protracted time frame.
During Christmas/New Year's, our Court here is Closed. No hearings. No 341's. Nothing. The Docket is completely empty. Depending on how the Holidays fall, the Court can be Closed for a couple of weeks.
With January 1st falling on a Tuesday, Court probably won't resume session until the next Monday. January 7th, 2008.
That could explain why you have a bit longer than the usual 60 Day Objection period.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
