Hello folks, thanks for all of your great and fantastic help. I have read on here that the US Trustee has 10 days from the day of the 341 meeting to get involved? If he or she does get involved, where in Pacer would you see this? Thanks for all of your help.

You will not see anything on pacer because they did not get involved. The only time you see issues coming directly from the UStrustee is if they get involve ususally found in your Docket report.Success is reachable, stretch out your arm and grab it. -
Does that mean that 10 days after your 341 that you are in the clear for an audit if nothing has happened by then?Filed Pro Se 9-27-07
