Bankruptcy Courts closed today for Veterans day?

Hello folks, thanks for all of your help. Are the Bankruptcy courts closed today? I heard that the US Trustee has 10 days from the day of the 341 meeting to get involved. Will today count towards one of those 10 days if the courts are closed? Thanks for all of your great help.

Today is the day that yesterday"s Veterans' Day holiday is an "off work day. Post offices, all federal, state and local govts and courts don't function, banks are also closed.
Today therefore is not a "business" day. So don't count this day as a day within that 10 day period.

The 10 days is business days? I thought it was calendar days. Can anyone confirm? Thanks for your help.

If the expiration of a deadline occurs on a weekend or holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

The 10 day deadline is not on a holiday. Its a few days after. Will that deadline still get extended by 1 day? Thanks for your help.

No, for any legal deadline, the rule is "calender" days...the only time the date gets extended is if the "expiration" of the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday.
