I haven't seen this question asked- but I am pretty much done paying off my car-- I have one payment left after today..I HAVE to keep this car- I have to pay the KBB value minus the $1400 Ohio exemption (about $5500 total)- how many months do I have to pay this off, and how much interest will I be charged. Also, is this my only option? Can I pay this $5500 some other way? My atty said the court can pay the trustee, and I can pay the court, at the most over a year-- but that would be like $415/mo and I cant afford that!!and then I'm thinking my case wont be discharged until the court is paid up..any thoughts?
