Does anyone know who the trustee is for Volusia County Florida? They are flooded with foreclosures and B/K's and I am wondering if anyone has had experience here.

In any area there will be several "Trustees" that handle cases, and usually a few "US Trustees". You won't know who you are going to get until you get that magic case number after you file.CH 7 File Date 11/09/2007

The Trustees for BK and the Trustee or Referee of a Foreclosure at not one and the same.
BK Trustees are contracted by the UST's Office for the Federal Government.
The Trustee or Referee hired to handle a Foreclosure is generally a Law Firm contracted by your Lender.
The Foreclosure Trustee does not act until contacted by your Lender.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
