    Loan downpayment post discharge

I am into 310 days post my ch7 discharge.
The case is not yet closed due to Trustee still working on distributions.
I like to buy a house and can get a morgage if I put some money down. I can borrow against my work retirment and do it.
Any problems with the Trustee or can they still come after me?

I don't think they'll do anything. I'm not 100% positive on that though since your case is not closed. Heck, everyone needs a place to live.

Maybe someone with more experience will chime in.

Doing that should not be a problem. So long as you are not using any asset the trustee wishes to administer.

Generally, once you are discharged, you can do whatever you want.
