Hello folks, thanks for all of your help. I would like to know this also. Its my understanding that the US Trustee must get involved with the case within 10 days after the 341 meeting? If the US Trustee does get involved, how would you know by looking in Pacer? Thanks for your help.

HHM,
On a side note, in my district the judge made a ruling that takes a very strict interpretation of the deadline of 60 days from the date of the first scheduled 341 meeting. Even if you have several continuances and thus your actual hearing doesn't start until after the 60 days, and then gets continued, the Trustee is out of time.
If something comes up in the hearing that causes the Trustee to want to file for dismissal, he doesn't have the authority to after 60 days from the first scheduled 341 meeting. Although, I am sure the processes they have to reopen and take a discharge away if obtained fraudulantly still apply.CH 7 File Date 11/09/2007

Hello folks, thanks for all of your great help.
I had my 341 on 11/02/07 so this means that is the US Trustee was getting involved to do an audit, then something would of appeared in Pacer by 11/12/07? What can cause the US Trustee to get involved in my case at this point? Thanks for all of your great and fantastic help.
