I told hubby that if the trustee asked something and he didn't already know the answer to wait for me to answer and then copy me. Hubby really had no idea just how deep in debt we were until I started listing everything.

My hubby & I have a great partnership. He makes the money & I spend it Seriously though, I am disabled and really can't work a regular job. I do a little mystery shopping, mostly for gas stations and a grocery store chain. I also get a small disability check because when I was well also happened to be when our kids were small and we wanted them to have me as a SAHM. Since I started developing my health issues, we started changing how we divide the family responsibilities. I take care of everything financial, schedule all appts, school events, etc. He works a regular job and does the repair stuff. Just like a family in a 50's sitcom, only rougher

Oh yeah, he is also in charge of killing spiders and bees. Not that I am squeamish but I am very allergic to spiders and the last few times I tried to kill one I ended up getting bit. My last dr didn't believe me about it being a spider bite when I had a very nasty swollen site on my leg. She sent me to a skin dr who sent me to an allergist after bunches of expensive tests. And the allergist confirmed it was a spider bite, I just have a unusual reaction. My friends tease me about haivng him "save me" from the "big ole spider"

Thanks for the support. I am trying hard not to freak out! I thought everything was going smooth until I got that motion but all I can do is wait and see what happens.

I actually got a call from the US Trustee and she said that they know it was a clerical error and if I go to the court and file my Shedules I and J they will drop the motion.

One less thing to worry about!

Who knows. It looks like someone didn't scan them in - probably got scanned to a different case by mistake. I went down there this morning and filed my schedules I and J and am waiting to see on pacer that the motion has been dropped.
