I am just a little ove the $100 on the means test and but my lawyer found where we can take a $200 exemption for having a car that is older than 6 years which puts us under, has anyone heard of this? I hope it flies, 341 on Monday.

Can't say if this is what your lawyer meant, but under the current bk law, if you purchased your car more than 910 days ago (which you did), then you are allowed to "cram down" the value of the car to what it is really worth rather than what you may owe on it.
Perhaps this is where your extra $200 is coming from???I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
