how to serve the trustee?

I need to give my trustee my pay check stubs and tax return info. how would I serve these or even give this to him?

Are these the tax returns that have to be filed with the court, or did the trustee simply ask for them. If yes, all you have to do is file the documents with the BK court clerk...the trustee will get electronically notified of the filing.

If the trustee simply asked for them, all you have to do is mail the docs to his office (I would send it certified return receipt).

I was reading that you have to give your last years tax return info 7 day prior to bk 341 meeting. Trustee didnt ask for nothing

I sent mine certified mail and the trustee had it at my 341 meeting.

My trustee office was withing walking distance of my house so I just walked over with the paperwork in a sealed envelope. Told the receptionist I needed to leave the envelope for atty xxxxxx and that he was my BK trustee and that our names and file # were on the letter and each enclosed page.

Bank accounts statements depends on your district and your trustee.

see I called my trustee cant get in contact with him .. it is the holidays also so..

There is no law that states you have to supply your bank statements unless the trustee asks you for them. My trustee didn't ask for them and the only things I sent him was the tax return and the statement of intention.

Did you get them sent? I called the trustee's office and the woman gave me a list of everything I needed to send and everything I had to bring to the 341 meeting. I was well prepared that way. It's best to call and find out directly from your trustee's office, what they will require of you.

I was told to bring documents related to divorce decree, house deed, estimate of value of house, etc.... of course, none of these applied to me but they were things I would have had to bring... had they applied to me.

called clerks did not know called trustee left a message with the holiday no return call yet.. if I cant get in contact ith no one I will sent him last 2 years tax return info.. and bring the rest to the 341 meeting

I mailed My Paperwork to Trustee

I called him first. He said to send to a specific address he gave me and items were mailed and all was good
