Are you looking under the BANKRUPTCY section? I ask b/c I did the same thing and didn't find myself until I scrolled down to the bankrupcty court section of Pacer. Check that. That was my problem.11/14/07 -filed C7
12/04/07 -case pulled for random audit.
12/18/07 -341 held: Asset case due to engagement ring & tax return.
02/19/08 - US trustee files motion to extend.
04/02/08- changed back to NO ASSET! I get my ring back and get to keep my tax return! :clapping: 04/28/08 -DISCHARGED!!! :yahoo::yahoo: 05/07/08 - CLOSED!!! -
And you have to check to make sure you're selecting the correct State and District as well.
I accidentally clicked on the wrong State once and got some other person's case. The same numbers are used in various States and Districts. If you don't select the right one, you'll get someone else's case.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

Not in PACER either
My case was filed on Nov 19 and I'm still not showing up in PACER. It says "case not found" and does not show up by SS# or last name either.
I am in the BK court for the district I live in.
Also, when I do a search for new cases nothing comes up either, even if the time frame goes back to Nov 1.

Could be the Holiday has things running a bit slow.
We have a friend and her STBX who both filed during 4th of July week. Neither one of their cases showed up on PACER until the next week after the Holiday.
If your case doesn't show by Tuesday or Wednesday, at the latest, next week, you might check with your attny. Or call the Clerk's Office if you filed Pro Se. Make sure everything went thru OK.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

I was filed on October17th. And I am going under central district and bankruptcy yes. Maybe Central District doesn't use pacer.Chapter 7 Filed 10/17/07
