Had 341 today, was surprised there was no surprises so far...

Went to our 341 today, if you have read any previous post my filing has been a nightmare. Our means test had mistakes and we had to amend at the last minute. The trustee that goes over the paperwork before you go to the 341 is out on vacation this week so we thought that when we went to the meeting today that they would reschdule. Got asked all the normal questions, they are taking tax return and we have to buy back our vehicle that was paid off. Not one question about amended schedules.....wow. My lawyer was shocked. He said that if we do not hear back from the trustee after his vacation it will be a miracle. So the drama is still not over, just crossing my fingers that I get no phone calls the next 60 days. One thing that surprised me is that they did not say anything about taking my wifes life insuranc that is worth 1100 do they not usually take that? Wish us luck.

Always better when your 341 ends with less issues than expected....way to go! Let's hope that your real trustee is so overwhelmed with cases after vacation that yours just slips to the bottom of the pile and is forgotten for about...oh....60 days! My fingers are crossed for you!
