    Discharged!!!



    I checked Pacer and received my discharge!! We were no asset so I'm wondering when it will close. I'll have to research my court's general "policy" for that.

    Thanks everyone for your support and for getting me through this tough time. I would probably still be in a hellish state had it not been for your advice, understanding and support.

          That's just the date that I was given when I filed my papers, maybe the courts were backed up for some reason. I'm not sure exactly but I'm assuming it depends on the schedule of the court/trustee. Isn't the meeting supposed to be 45 days after filing date? Mine was 37 business days after I filed.
