ok so this one is from some company from hsbc my auto loan lender .. its says it has come to our attention the debtor would like voluntarily surrender the car... huh? its asking for permission to contact me to make arrangements to get the car... well I havent sent off my statement of intentions yet. think of ingorning it until last minute dont I have a while before I have to surrender my car? ohh yeah at the bottom it says acknowledged and agreed by ______________sign here lol whatever

Did you file your statement of intentions with the court? If so HSBC can look it up before you send it to them. Remember that your bankruptcy is a matter of public record and any of your creditors or anyone can look it up.

If you are going to surrender the car you must make secure property available to the creditor within 30 days of your 341 meeting.
