We had our 341 mtg last Tuesday. Today, when I looked at PACER it has Date of last filing: 11/29/2007. How do I find out what changed?
Case Summary: no changes.
Status: 10/11/2007 49 days 1 Voluntary Petition (Chapter 7)
History/Documents:Filed & Entered: 11/20/2007
Chapter 7 341 Meeting Held/No Asset Report (last line on report).
Claims Register:No claims found for this case using selection criteria entered.

What else can I check?

More than likely, the last date of filing may be that your 341 has been concluded. Unless you see something really strange, you shouldn't need to check anything else. Remember, whatever documents filed that you would see on PACER, will arrive by US Mail. Also remember that PACER charges for each document you view, so keep your viewing to a minimum.

There were a couple of documents that were filed on my case that I never received by US Mail. I would never have known about them if I hadn't of checked PACER and these documents were filed back in October.

I check to see when the last filing was and if it was recent since the last time I checked PACER I check the Docket Report but remember to set the dates to just see the most recent activity otherwise your whole case will show up. This should only cost 8 cents to view.
