Does anyone know when your credit report shows that you are discharged from your bk? Is it the same day the court discharges you? Just curious..... Our last day for objections is 12/31/07......so anxious!!!!!!!!

The three credit agencies can take up to 30 days to update your account. Depends on where your discharge falls on their update cycles.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

06/28/06 - 341 Meeting
07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections

09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED

I looked and saw that the courts are closed both 12/31 and 1/1.....so I guess any objections should have occurred by this past Friday. Just patiently waiting.........Yes, patience is truly a virtue...
Does anyone know if the "discharge" is manually done by person or is computer generated? Pacer says "Awaiting Discharge"...Comment
