I was one of the random audits and it turned out not be a big deal for me. I just gave them all the paperwork they wanted and now they are done with their audit and didn't find anything. If you have something to hide you should be afraid of the audit though because I think they are very thorough. Oh, and my attorney charged me an extra $300 for the audit to handle all the audit calls and paperwork (that was the worse part).Kari
