Please Help! Question about PACER!!!

Hi There!

My 341 Meeting was on 10/25/2007. The Trustee entered a "REPORT OF NO DISTRIBUTION" on 12/20/2007. The end of my 60 days was on 12/24/2007. It is now 01/10/2008, and my status says "Awaiting Closing", though there is no mention of Discharge or Discharge documents anywhere on PACER. This is for a Chapter 7 in Arizona.

Please let me know what's going on, it's been 17 days since my last day for objections. Is this typical? Is there anything I can do? I read here to wait 10 days, but I don't see where anyone has had to wait this long? PLEASE HELP!

I think you are all set. Just a delay in the trustee posting.

I have almost the same date as you and no discharge notice so far, still waiting as well, i am just glad the 60 days is over

Ours shows "Awaiting Discharge".....28 days in this status on Pacer. Only 10 since the last day of objections. Anxiously awaiting... The courts are probably back-logged due to the holidays....
