Discharged but cc filed judgement

hey folks, as of Jan 7th.. I am discharged...
amex filed judgement on 12/28th last day to object.
this is for biz state tax that i paid using the amex.
amex is objecting this because it is non-dischargeable amt.
so my lawyer is trying to settle with them. its only $4K.

do you think amex will settle for less??

I'm curious. How long before you filed did you charge the taxes on your Amex?

Your lawyer will probably be able to work out a settlement with them.
