    Multiple Credit Cards-Same Bank

    Hello All,
Thank you so much for all of your help thus far!
My wife has a CitiBank credit card and a Universal (Now CitiBank)card. I have 2 separate CitiBank credit cards. All balances will be less than $7,000 when/if we file. There will be no activity on 3 of them 7-8 months before filing. They other will have some smaller expenses, gas, etc.

We each have a B of A card with $7,000 on one and $13,500 on the other. No activity 7-8 months before filing.

Does anybody here see any grounds for objections?
Thank you for any advice offered.

I had two Chase cards, and they count as one per my attorney's office. But if there is nothing major within 90 days before filing, they may not even object.

When I filed, Citibank had my mortgage, a mc, and 3 different store cards that they had taken over credit operations during the course.

Let me make sure I understand this correctly. If you have multiple cards to BOA the attorney counts that as one?

if they are not exempted in your filing, then the trustee can make you pay him for the difference between the allowed exemptions and the amount over the exemptions.
