I have a question.. As the title states my meeting is on Monday, well I lost my job 2 weeks ago and am currently in the process of attempting to get unemployment while I try to get another job.. Is this something that I should bring up on Monday at the meeting? Or should I just not say anything unless they ask me about my current income? Any help is appreciated.. I am so nervous about Monday as my attorney hasn't told me anything as to what will happen or what to expect to happen then.. I'm about to pull my hair out!!

I would ask your attorney. Thats what you're paying for anyway! BK is serious enough and this is your future so I would get every last drop of advice you can. I am just now getting ready to file and I understand your nervousness...

I would definitely talk to your attorney. From what I understand, the trustee will ask you if there have been any changes from when you filed and you just have to answer truthfully. I can't see how a drop in income and trying to get unemployment could hinder your case though.

You will probably get a question about any changes to your financial situation. Answer Yes. Elaborate that you're unemployed. You're declaring BK so it certainly can't hurt...
