worried about Payday Loans (late fees) when I file

I plan to file Chapter 7 on Monday. My payday loans are due a couple days later. I'm worried about late fees if I choose not to pay them back.

They're from 5 different payday loan lenders. Some were taken out within the last month, some a few months ago (on a payment plan).

But what if I choose not to repay any of them next week? Maybe some will be discharged, but maybe some won't (too recent). For those that might not be discharged, I'm worried about what might happen if I don't repay them next week. There might be heavy late fees. Any advice?

    Thanks,
    Anthony

payday loans are all dischargable even though they try to tell you they aren't. I would close out the bank account and open up a new one and stop payment as well on all those drafts. Alert the bank to NOT pay them when they come in.

Thanks for the advice. My main concern is that some were taken out in the last month. I understand there is a 60-day rule when filing

the 60 day rule might play in if the payday loan companies object. I dont have any experience with them, but I really doubt they would.

If the 60-day rule does factor in, and some aren't dischargeable, can the payday loan companies still charge me hefty late fees for not paying them on time? Can they add to the balance? Or will my being in bankruptcy prevent that?
