homemaker filing - need to include husband income in Schedule I (income);Schedule J?

im filing a chapter 7 petition, now preparing the form. I am a homemaker, not earning anything, no property whatsoever in my name (it's all in DH name-car, house etc.).

my husband has a small business, he earns a salary from the business as well as he is the one running the business.

my question is, do i include him in schedule I? if i put my income information, it would be 0 (zero) as i am not earning nor am i receiving any benefit from the gov't.

For schedule J (expenditure), i have to include the household expenses despite the fact that DH is the one paying for everything, right?

the debts are all from more than 2 years ago and all cc debts.
    Please.

    thanks

Yes, you are right. You must put his income and the household expenses even though he pays for them.

I am a homemaker too and filing this month. The house and car are in dh's name too.

As previously stated you must use your dh's income but on the plus side you use his expenses too.
