Well i had my 341 meeting on tuesday 02-04-08 ( Maryland ) and i took about 5 minutes, i was the first person, raise hand to tell the truth, ask for I D and SS Card, questions were like, do i live at the address was on my ID, did i read the and understand the bankruptcy information sheet, did read and understand and all the information that was on my bankruptcy paper work correct and truthful, did i sell any thing in the last year that i made any profit off, was involed in any business, do i own any property, was i financially responsibility to anybody ( like child support), all my answer were yes or no, expect for the last two, property yes, but my ex got in the divorce but i'm still on the loan and the other question was for child support he wanted her name and address and that was it.
So now i guess comes the wait 60 days 04-04-08, i'm not sure myself what happens in that time fram, i guess the creditors can have some kind of say then, yes-no-maybe so ?
