So i have been in contact with HSBC, They told me they would call and schedule a pick up. I said OK cool. well @1:00am in the morning they sneak and get the car. SO I ask hubby to get everything out the car asap last time I talked to them well he didnt .. My kids stroller and misc. stuff was left ( nothing of major cost). Anyways I call Hsbc spoke with the lady who told me they would call first asked her why she lied., she explained they was suppose to call. I got the number to the repo people call and said my car was repo'd and something was left in there.

They said I have to pay 35.00 a fee to get my things out the car for admin fees and I woulld HAVE TO hand over the keys.. SO my true colors start coming out because i can be a real B#$^& being 9 1/2 months pregnant. I said "WHAT !!! your playing right?! you think I am going to pay you all anything?., Well what is the admin for ? what are you writing!!? She changes the story its for storage I said for not even 1 day and why do i have to give up the keys? ( she told me I had to at first) then she changed the story well we have to ask for them. haaa haa I said you all are NOT keeping my personal property are you crazy I will call the police. I said where is the manager? she's like hold on ok. "Holding" same person gets back on the phone the fee can be waived. HA HAA thought soo.
Well because they tried to play me, I am NOT giving the keys back --- the key cost 170 to be made and plus it has to be towed to the dealer with proof of ownership. So if they want to rip people off, lets see the repo company tow the car everywhere they want it to go until they get another Key.
Oh yeah Got a beater 1999 Dodge stratus 500.00
