We got there a little early our attorney was not even there yet. I was so nervous my husband just as calm as could be. There were many people there but we were first for our attorney. We sat through about 12 cases before it was our turn. I watched with fear as he was grilling one guy he even told him to send in his title to his car and he will have to buy his car back from the courts.
He also asked for 3 months of bank statements from this guy.
When it was our turn it lasted a whole 5 minutes went very smooth he asked how we got so much debt within year and my husband answered because he was out of work and we were living on credit cards for that time and thought we would be able to pay with no problem.
That was acceptable to the trustee and we were on our way
This was much easer then I thought it would be.
I allowed myself to worry for no reason because I knew we were completely honest going into this.
Now we wait!!!!
