341 over and done- was totally painless. We had a very,very nice trustee. He was joking around with everyone and said that the only thing he could to take from us was one of our kids and he had enough of his own. Best part- he closed our file- pushed it to the side and said this is a no asset case into the tape recorder. Already new that- but it was good to hear it!
He did ask what we did with our tax return to which we replied "Paid our attorney". Everyone in the courtroom started laughing- I would of thought they heard that one before.
We were actually able to relax and get through this process sanely because of this forum. Thanks to all who have helped us out along the way!
