Pacer says awaiting closing but not discharged yet

We just had our 341 on the 8th instead of saying awaiting discharge it says awaiting closing.

What happaned to being discharged. I searched the forum but I'm still not clear on this..

    Thanks in advance

I would also like to mention how helpful everyone has been.

    Thank You

When did you have your 341? Awaiting closing might mean you are already discharged?

does anyone know why it would just say awaiting closing? Don't we need to be discharged first?

Likely just a typo. If it's bugging you, call the bk court clerk Mon. and ask for your case manager and ask them.

Its not that its bugging me I was just asking. I've learned a lot here from asking qeustions. I didn't know I could call the BK court.

            Thanks for the reply

If I recall mine said awaiting closing for the 60 days prior to discharge and closing after the 341. I think it probably depends on your court. I wouldn't be overly concerned.

Maybe different districts word it different?
Seems odd to me, like maybe a clerical error?
Anyway, [unfortunately] I'm pretty sure you cannot be discharged until after 60 days after your 341 and you cannot be closed until after you are discharged! ;-(
I'd call the Court clerk and ask about it. They will probably say "Oh!" and fix it.
