    Listing Creditors - Schedule F

I'm listing my creditors in Schedule F. A couple of my accounts have been sold and the credit agencies have moronically assigned each CHARGE a different account number. (I have one charge of $5.65 with a different account number!) Please tell me I only have to list the creditor once, regardless of the 8 jillion different account numbers. Also, what do I do if the whole address wont fit into the address section? :-/

Personally, I'd list everyone whp ever touched the account. Start with the OC and then, say sold, transfered or, assigned to xxxxx below the OC.
If you can't fit it on the form, attach a sheet of paper to the schedule.
If you have no knowledge of any other creditor, the OC is fine but since you do know of the others, I'd just list them for the sake of maximum possible accuracy.

List them all, just to make sure. We did that on mine and I've had no problems so far, no one after the first week of filing has contacted me in any way, and no one has tried since discharge either

I'm pretty anal so I have everything ever sent to me regarding each account. I can easily list every creditor, lawyer, et al that has contacted me. But that's not really my concern. Let me see if I can't make it clearer.

I have a medical bill from A Clinic for service. A Clinic sent my account to Credit Agency. Now, the original bill from A Clinic had multiple service dates but one account number. Credit Agency separates each service date and assigns it an account number. Now instead of one account number, I have about 20. Can I just list Credit Agency once, sans account numbers? Or do I need to list each Credit Agency account number as well?

Also, I have numerous bills from A HealthCare System. They are mainly from the same hospital but one or two are for different hospitals. Every single service date from A HealthCare System is given its own unique account number. Can I just list A Healthcare System once or do I need to list it for every separate account number? (Luckily in the case, Credit Agency uses the original account numbers.)

        Does this make more sense?

This is a really good question. It seems every day or so we get a new letter from a collection agency that we have never heard of. We turned in our schedule about 2.5 weeks ago and in that time we went from NO collection agency to at least 3. How do you keep track of all this especially when a couple of days can change alot of things?
          5/29 Filed 7~ 341-on 6/24
          8/27-DISCHARGED
          11/2 - CLOSED
          EQ-604 EX-605 TU-560 ~4.5 months after discharge

Once it gets past the 6 month point anything can happen. I had a 6 year old debt mysteriously pop up. I called the OC and followed the debt to the current CA. It takes a few phone calls to ensure you have current info, but it's cheaper than amendments.

I'm assuming you're filing pro se. If so, list the OC and each account number with the OC. Then list the CA for those account numbers. If the OC was due $20,000 and the CA broke it down into 4 accounts of $5,000 you should still be covered for the total $20,000. But I would list every account number that you have knowledge of. You don't want to give anyone an excuse to come back later and say you didn't list a certain debt. It may be a little time consuming but worth doing.

If you have a lawyer filing for you they will do it their own way.

I saw on another thread that you've retained a lawyer. I would call and ask them whether they need that information. They might have called the creditors to make sure there's not credit agencies involved but they may not have. If the paralegal or whomever handles the paperwork hasn't filled out the credit schedule yet, then that information might be helpful to them.
