Awaiting Discharge Question

I am currently waiting for my discharge. What exactly is happening right now?

Are the courts just waiting for creditors to object or are there other people looking into the cases?

The courts are simply waiting the required 60 days in which creditors and the US trustee can object.

But if your case is a no asset case, nothing is really happening behind the scenes.

What is the trustee doing?

The BK Trustee is doing nothing. The US trustee is probably doing nothing. The US trustee usually files a statement of presumed abuse BEFORE the 341 meeting. As I said, not much is going on behind the scenes during this time.
