Does a reaff. agreement show up on Pacer?

We have signed the papers and given them to our attny. to reaffirm house and car. I know most here disagree with that but we decided to after a lot of thought and research - so please don't reply to that - reply to this if you can-----should that show up on Pacer? The reason I ask is I just want to make sure my attny has done what her should - and he HATES us checking up on him - he is a real jerk but we are too far into this to change attnys - and I think he knows what he is doing - I just want to make sure he does not forget something - There is still plenty of time before our 60 days is up - I just wanted to know if this is something I should be watching Pacer for - or should I follow up with mtg. co and car co.? Noth are a pain to get on the phone. Thanks for any input!!!

Yes, the reaffirmation agreements gets filed with the court, so it SHOULD show up on PACER once filed.

It is usually the creditor that actually files the agreement with the court, not the debtor or debtor's attorney.
