My 341 was today and it went fine.
I have my 21 year old stepson living with us and the local trustee asked the US Trustee if that was going to be an issue or anything and she quickly said no. We had listed a family of 4 which included him - they only asked if we included him on our tax filing and I said no.
My stimulus was not mentioned to me, however he was mentioning it to others. My attorney said if it was less than $1000 I should be fine, he said the trustee was mentioning it to others who would get more than that. He told them not to spend it w/out calling their lawyer first to make sure the trustee didn't want it. I assume I'll keep it especially since it wasn't mentioned.
He did ask where I came up with the value of my house and I said I had my realtor pull some comps - he was happy with that.
He was asking people who got tax refunds how they spent them. We owed so I didn't have to answer that one!
I guess I'll call my attorney when I get mine to be sure - the trustee was a fill-in.

Congrats and I hope the next 60 days go quickly for you. I can't wait for our 341 to come !!!!!! The waiting and wondering how it will go is the worst.
