The waiting is the hardest part

We had our 341 last week. Nothing posted online yet. I checked another case that also had their 341 at the same time as we did and nothing online for them either. The trustee didn't indicate any issues--nor has our attorney indicated any expected problems (though he's seemed largely asleep at the wheel.)

The hardest part is the waiting. I don't anticipate any creditor objections. Just want to be sure there aren't any issues the trustee is going to come back about. Having a report of no distribution would make me worry a lot less. I wouldn't need to try and stop myself form checking PACER 3 times a day to see if anything's going on.

Does anyone know how long it should take for something to show up? Does it always, or can you reach the 61st day and discharge and close with nothing else being posted on Pacer until then?

I need to find some healthy distractions and Step away from the computer....Step away from the computer.

I am with you that the waiting is tough! Seems like it can vary a lot how long before you hear something. Our 341 was March 18 and we have heard nothing at all. The last day for objections is May 19 (my birthday!) so we are a little more than half way there. We have some property that was not exempt that we are dying to see what the trustee says about it - I agree it would be nice to see the trustee declare us no asset or distribution! I am glad to know I am not the only one checking Pacer 3x a day! I thought I was crazy! I try not to but I do. Hang in there!
