havent recieved anything by mail? will I?

the UST filed a presumtion of abuse on 4/18/08 per PACER. My attorney didnt think they would submit a "written objection" and not to worry about it right now. I have not recieved a letter from the trustee yet. will I recieve something by mail that tells me the UST has filed a Presumption of Abuse?
"no news is good news" is that still true for me although PACER shows the abuse has been filed?
I am happy everyday I check the mail and there is nothing from the trustee.... but not sure if I should be happy or not.

This is what happened to me....had my 341 meeting on April 9, UST filed assumption of presumed abuse on April 10, on the same day UST filed a statement not to dismiss or convert. I received one statement in the mail on April 12 and the other on April 14.
