341 In 2 hours need help!!!

I know this sounds stupid but i have my 341 meeting in 2 hours and i can't find my most recent paystub which is from friday...... Any ideas?

If you don't have it, you don't have it. Explain to the trustee it's misplaced and get a copy from your emplpoyer and send it ASAP.

It wont be a problem. (assuming the trustee even asks for it).

If you show up to the 341 and don't have all the docs, the trustee will still hold the 341 meeting, but then will "continue" it to another date. (basically reschedule it). Then, all you need to do is get the docs in before that new date.

It's better than nothing, but remember that the amount deposited will be net, not gross. It's the gross income since filing that your trustee is most interested in.

Our Ch 13 trustee asked us to bring in our most recent paystubs after filing for our 341 too. We had them with us and he never asked for them. So if your trustee doesn't ask, do NOT volunteer that you don't have one of them with you. Be cool - it will be over before you know it!

Correct - they might not even ask for it. It is indeed something that can be mailed thereafter.
