How often to check Pacer ?

Just curious how often people check there pacer. Ive checked it once prior to my 341 meeting on the 2nd of may. Im pretty sure all the responses I recieved my attorney showed me. I did do two re affermations. ( home improvment loan with my credit union and my vehicle.)

Is once a week sufficient for updates ? Im curious also how soon the trustees comments ect will appear on there from the 341 meeting. Just dont want to spend 8 cents a page everyday and bug my attorney for no reason.

Checking PACER once a week after filing is fine. If you are looking for your discharge, check once a day in the evening after Day 60. PACER is only updated once a day - checking repeatedly during each day won't make it show up any faster
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

    06/01/06 - Filed Ch 13
    06/28/06 - 341 Meeting
    07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
    08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !

    10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

I would check once a day after your 341 - look at the date of last filing and if it has not changed each time there is no need to look at anything else - if it has changed then check the docket - it will list anything new that has been filed in relation to the case. good luck! Check less if it isn't driving you crazy - I just feel better checking daily and then putting it out of my mind - I was a little paranoid worrying about mine - It took 48 days after 341 for the report of no distribution to show up! I'll keep checking daily until I see my discharge.

you are lucky! seems that happens to a lot of people - I think our trustee was trying to decide what to do about some nonexempt property our name is on - or maybe he was just making us sweat - or got busy - I don't care I am just glad it's on there now.

thanks for the responses it shows no distribution and no assets to be dispersed. So guess its just the waiting game until July.
