Pre-paid Private Tuition seen in Ch 7

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if the Trustee can kick the kids out of private school. Our kids have been going to a private school since Pre-K, and I have paid for next years tuition already. If I have to file, and it would be Chapter 7, not 13, would the Trustee see this as a way to get cash back. Could he ask the school for the unused tuition? Or just charge us for that amount and say it is not exempt? I don't want the school to know if we have to file.

Unfortunately Private School is usually considered a luxury. I can't be certain but yes I"d say the possibility exists .
