I just checked on my car lease, and I have to send a letter to cancel the auto pay I have with them. I was hoping to get the next one stopped (payment), but they won't get the letter before the 1st!!!

Hi AngelinaCatHub! I can go to my credit union and pay $20.00 to stop my lease payment w/Nissan. Any suggestions about where/how to locate a good used car? I appreciate any suggestions!

Ms. ‘newstart’, if you have a good situation with these people, why not go over and talk to them about turning your leased car in when due and making the same payment for a good used car from the same people. At least there would be an end of the mortgage and you would be driving free so to speak, as far as car payment. You could use that couple hundred bucks when you don’t have to use it for the car payment. Look first what they have on the used lot, make a low ball offer, (never pay what they ask, there is always bargain room). I’m pleased you are feeling a bit better. I’ll bet you are a very good teacher also, and I’ll bet you could easily go “pro se”. The forms to file is the worse part, getting your records together and all that in a file. Since pro se, just have the backing records with you for your 341, answer honestly questions asked, and say no more than requested of you. After the 341, you will not have to see anyone else normally. It will be automatic. Get onto PACER to check status. Good fortune to your endeavor. ‘Hub
