To get the right answer as to your husband's employer and their company policies, have your husband talk confidentially to someone in his HR Department._________________________________________

Happens more than you know...when something like that occurs which can have an effect on your employer or yourself as an employee, consult with the HR manager of the company you work for. It's confidential and it never hurts to ask to get the correct answer you need. Executives and higher ups usually have a clause in their employment contracts which indicates they must inform the employer if they should ever file bankruptcy while employed. Company policy as to benefits or other guidelines will be utilized toward the regular employee and they will be guided accordingly.Originally posted by Joe Farmer View Postand I have not seen any version of that asked anywhere, so I'll be eager to see the replies..._________________________________________
