As per PACER, my bk was discharged yesterday.
I have a car & camper to surrender. My lawyer said I could contact the credit union to arrange this. So I called them. They said after they were notified of the discharge by the courts, I could then "drop off" the vehicles at their office. They would not discuss anything more, as they were not aware of the discharge. Since the credit union is in another state I cannot get it there. They will eventually come & get it if I don't drop it off, right?
