Strange Chain of events

So here is my story, briefly because I've told it before and dont want to ramble. I filed on 5/1, 341 on 6/10 which was fine except m attorney's office didnt file my 2006 income or something and the meeting was continued until 7/1. my attorney informed this wa no big deal and they would take care of it. I received a call a few day ago that it was in fact all set and according to pacer it is. My question is this, Under status on pacer says 6/10 meeting of creditors held then underneath says meeting of creditors continued, then it shows 6/26 chapter 7 trustees report of no distribution then says 7/1 meeting of creditors held?? so whats my status??

Looks to me like you are in the 60 day wait since it says meeting of creditors held and no distribution. My meeting was held one day and then the meeting was concluded another day due to the tax return not bing filed. I think the trustee finally got around to looking at my tax return about 3 days after the meeting.

The filing of the tax return was a formality. Either the trustee recognized that and filed his report early, or else had enough assurances with the lawyer he did it. It is also possible that the missing return was posted to him around the 26th and he then filed his report after getting it.

In any event your 60 days started from the date of your first 341.

Cool thanks, so 60 days from the first meeting is for creditors but is my closing date based on the last or amended date of my filing?

Closing is an administration function, in a no asset case generally you are closed on or about the same day as discharged. Asset cases can take longer, however for you the discharge is the important part.
