medical bills included in bk 7

Even though i have included 2 different accounts in my bk the clinic is still sending out bills to my home. I have notified my attorney & his assistant told me she included them on the petition and she is mailing out a letter to them so they will not contact me anymore. Now, i just got another bill after she sent them the letter. I looked on the petition & it doesn't show the 2 separate account #s for the clinic. Does this matter if the acct #s are not on the petition? Or will i end up being responsible for the balance after discharge since she did not put them on there? She claims it doesnt matter since she put "multiple undisclosed accounts" on the petition.

Account numbers do not have to be in the petition.

It is possible the small clinic does not know that they are violating the law. Did you give sufficient time from the mailing of the letter to them sending this one. I'd run this letter you got today by the lawyer's office and let them deal with it. It's possible it was mailed prior to them getting the letter he sent. However run it by, and if you get more keep those too. It might mean a payday down the road.
