Doctor bills

I am wondering what happens with our Doctor bills. Should we include them in the BR?

My husband has insurance so the doctors have received 80% of thier bill.

Several of our doctors all belong to a group and we get one bill from all of them. Will we no longer be able to see them? What about emergency room bills? One of our children and myself had to ge recently and I am wondering if we are not able to pay them back will we be returned in the future?

Hi,

I you don't forsee youself as having the financial ability to repay your medical debts within a short time span. Just include them in your BK petition. If you're concerned about not being able to continue seeing the medical group. Just repay them once your debt with them has been discharged.
